EMG International Domestic Search Firm, is a division of ETERNITY MARKETING GROUP, Inc.
We specialize in meeting the needs of families, all around the world.
The families we serve are special, so we ensure that the candidates we place in their
homes are professional individuals, who are career minded and who has the heart as well
as the ability to serve. Currently we are seeking candidates who have the character and
integrity to work in a home environment for the following positions: nannies, housekeepers,
caregivers, chefs and personal assistants.
In order for candidates to become a member of EMG you must meet the prerequisites for
the position you are applying for. If you meet all prerequisites you must complete our online
application (click on the link below) and be prepared to submit 3 business references.
If accepted you will be contacted to schedule an interview at our closest location. At the
interview be prepared to complete the necessary paperwork for a full background check.
You may also bring your resume and any reference letters you my have.
EMG offers two types of membership: Basic Membership or Featured Candidate. With a
basic membership there are no application fees and you will be considered for a position after
we have reviewed our featured candidates. As a Featured Candidate you will be
considered for a position before the Basic members. We have hundreds of basic members so
as a featured candidate you will be listed in a separate database and will be considered to be
presented to families first. You will also have the opportunity to have your picture and profile
posted online. The application fee to become a Featured Candidate is $25.00. This
Featured Candidate status is valid for one year. Upon expiration you may renew your status
or automatically become a basic member.
We do not and cannot guarantee an interview with a client or job placement within a certain
period of time. All positions are individualized based upon the clients needs.
The following prerequisites for all positions are as following:
Nanny:
2yrs of work experience inside a home, with one year consistently
with one family
Must be legal
CPR and First Aid certified
TB Test
No criminal record
Valid I.D or drivers license
Excellent driving record
* Degree, child development credits a plus but not required
* Bi-lingual a plus but not required
Housekeeper:
2yrs of work experience inside a home, with one year consistently
with one family
Must be legal
No criminal record
Valid I.D or drivers license
Excellent driving record
Caregiver:
2 yrs of work experience inside a home, with one year consistently with one family
Must be legal
CPR and First Aid certified
TB Test
No criminal record
Valid I.D or drivers license
Excellent driving record
*CNA or higher nursing certification a plus but not required
Chef:
2 yrs of professional cooking and/or
culinary arts degree
Must be legal
No criminal record
Valid I.D or drivers license
Excellent driving record
Personal Assistant:
2 yrs of work experience inside a home, with one year consistently with one family
Must be legal
No criminal record
Valid I.D or drivers license
Excellent driving record
Computer literate
*Bi-lingual a plus but not required
*Business degree a plus but not required
Estate Manager
5 yrs of work experience, with one year consistently with one family
Must be legal
No criminal record
Valid I.D or drivers license
Excellent driving record
Computer literate
*Bi-lingual a plus but not required
*Business degree a plus but not required
Chauffeur:
Valid drivers license
Two verifiable references
Clean driving record
2 years of experience
